What We Deliver

Precision data products — not just photographs.

Orthomosaic Mapping

Hundreds of overlapping aerial images stitched into a single, geometrically corrected top-down map. Every pixel is positioned accurately — useful for measurements, planning overlays, and GIS integration.

Far more accurate and detailed than satellite imagery, and far more affordable than traditional aerial photography.

Volumetric Calculations

Precise cut and fill calculations for stockpiles, excavations, and earthwork sites — derived from high-density point cloud data collected on each flight. No estimation, no guesswork.

Know your exact material volumes before a single invoice is disputed.

Progress Documentation

Scheduled aerial documentation of construction progress, land disturbance, drainage installation, and site development — a visual record that protects you and communicates clearly to stakeholders.

A timestamped aerial record of your site at every stage — invaluable for disputes, reporting, and project management.

Licensed, insured, and operating legally in all three states.

Every commercial drone flight we conduct is performed under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — the federal standard for commercial unmanned aerial operations. We carry liability coverage on all aerial work and operate in full compliance with FAA airspace regulations across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. You get professional aerial data without the liability of unlicensed operations.

Applications

Where aerial data
changes the outcome.

The value of aerial data is in what it lets you see — and decide — before costly mistakes happen on the ground. These are the scenarios where drone mapping consistently delivers results that ground-level observation cannot.

Agricultural Field Scouting

Spot crop stress, drainage failures, and pest pressure across entire fields before visible symptoms spread.

Construction & Grading

Stockpile volumes, site grading verification, drainage flow paths, and before-and-after documentation.

Solar & Energy Development

Site suitability surveys, terrain analysis, and accurate acreage measurements for project planning and permitting support.

Property & Land Assessment

Aerial context for pre-purchase land review, drainage feature documentation, and high-value property marketing.

Environmental Site Surveys

Aerial documentation of site conditions for environmental assessment support, wetland context mapping, and site change tracking.

Infrastructure Inspection

Visual inspection of drainage structures, pond berms, field tiles, and access roads without deploying ground crews to hazardous terrain.

Satellite & Remote Sensing Analysis

Beyond the drone — eyes on the land from orbit.

Not every project requires a physical flight. For large-scale land analysis, historical change detection, and vegetation monitoring, we use satellite imagery from the Sentinel and Landsat programs — free, high-resolution, and available back through decades of imagery.

We analyze satellite data to answer questions that would be impractical or cost-prohibitive to answer with drone flights alone.
